Villa Facilities
The Villa was built using the methods of Feng Shui, the art of placement and balance. It sits in perfect balance with North, South, East, and West. The Villa is built on granite, clear and gold veined quartz, as well as marble. This creates an energy field that radiates through the Villa and creates a clearing of the mind which causes a chain reaction, helping you sleep, and in turn wake up with fresh ideas.
Our vacation rental has the following features:
- A 3200 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kid-friendly adobe villa capable of sleeping 6-12 people.
- Two master suites with extraordinary views.
- Master spa bath that includes a steam shower with a seven hose shower tower and a claw foot jacuzzi tub with a view.
- The lower bath is beautifully tiled and has a standard bath shower.
- Great Room has 25-foot vaulted ceilings with log tresses, a pellet stove fireplace, a master loft overlooking the room itself, and a view of the Sangre De Cristo Range.
- The large, fully-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, and an island with bar stools for socializing.
- Charcoal BBQ grill outside
- 25 foot glass sunroom with views of the south side of the Wet Mountain Range and approaching wildlife.
- Dining room table seats 6 to 8 people.
- A washer, dryer, and all linens are provided.

- The Villa is a true adobe dirt house, with "beetle killed" spruce logs. It is fully radiant heated and fantastic for winter vacations.
- The Villa is horse friendly with access to BLM (state protected) land and hundreds of miles of riding with beautiful views. Note: you must bring your own electric portable fencing or corral. Rental horses are also available to come to the Villa.
- ATVs are also welcome, rent or bring your own.
